Harbourside 45 spacious affordable studio in Harbourfront location

Enjoy all the wonderful delights of being right on Sydney Harbour with everything at your doorstep and still at an affordable price. This studio apartment offers all you could desire for the great stay. Perfect for exploring Sydney. Harbourside pool* (heated for 6 months of the year from October) and BBQ area* and free parking* for one car. Will accomodate 3 in total with just a single sofa bed at an additional $50 pp/pn. If only 2 and the sofa is required there is a fee of $50 for the extra linen and makeup of the sofa, please advise in advance. Ferry terminal right at your doorstep, as well as bus terminal and the famous Sails Restaurant. Luna park is only one ferry stop away. Located on the 10th level at the back of the building so no view. Two lifts*. NO AIRCONDITIONING. Please note the safe DOES NOT WORK. Pool towels are NOT SUPPLIED. Absolutely NO PARTIES, NO LOUD NOISE OR DISTURBANCES AND NO SMOKING.

PLEASE NOTE: The lifts are being replaced and only 1 will be in operation at a time for a while, there is also likely to be noise from the works being carried out. We do apologise but it is to bring you an even better experience as we try to upgrade the facilities and make your stay more comfortable for the future.

Resort style building includes reception, level access to the heated swimming pool* (which may or may not be heated at the time) and BBQ* beside the harbour, private jetty, communal entertaining area plus on site undercover parking* for one car. Just 7 minutes to the city by Ferry which is right outside the door and a 500m stroll to Blues Point Road dining and 1km to North Sydney station and CBD.

Please be sure to remove any tanning lotions, greasy creams or oils prior to getting into bed. These creams and lotions can mark, discolour and damage the linen irreparably and it is very expensive to replace and guests will be charged.

Full kitchen, totally equiped with gas oven and cooktop, microwave and everything you need.

Bathroom with easy access shower.

Parking* is in front and rear of building plus there is a 4 level undercover carpark. Spaces are not allocated, just choose where suits.

Laundries are on all odd numbered levels, so best use level 15 unless in use.
$3 wash $3 dryer - takes $1 coins.

Dispose of garbage in the laundry rooms which are directly in front of the lifts and have the level number on the door.

Enjoy the wonderful Harbour front pool* and BBQ area*.

The entire apartment is yours to enjoy along with the Pool* area and the BBQ* area. Parking* for one car is available at no extra charge.

Guests must adhere to all COVID19 restrictions and requirements. Please do not present yourself if you are COVID positive. Please advise if you are using the premises for isolation purposes. Guests are required to conduct themselves in the appropriate manner at all times to ensure the safety and well being of other occupants of the building.

The apartment is located in an exclusive area of Sydney, it is a quiet and tranquil apartment with very good neighbours. It is our humble home and we hope you will enjoy and respect it.

You can’t get any closer than this to the Harbour and all it’s magnificent sights and attractions.

The Ferry wharf is only 100m, 2 minute walk. This will take you to Milsons Point, Luna Park then on to Circular Quay and the City Centre

Great Location but that’s all
The location is great… no view from the room as the listing says but we were out and about anyway, and the ferry at the door was super convenient. However, the room really needs some love and some updating… all the furniture and carpet are very tired and you would expect so much more in this location.

Wow, what a location!!
The location of this place is awesome. We didn't realize until we were there how beautiful it would be and how convenient it was to be next to the ferry system. Just a few steps and you can get anywhere in the Sydney Harbor! The Sydney Harbor Bridge and Opera house are beautiful and make for a great picture from the dock right in front of the building. The host was amazing, communication was immediate and very helpful. If we travel back to Sydney, we will definitely stay here again!!!

Great place to stay in Sydney
Overall a great place to stay in Sydney fabulous views (not from our apartment) but from the front of the apartment block its amazing (The harbour bridge, Sydney Opera House and Luna Park) Short walk to cafes and restaurants. Our only complaint was only one lift operating and on a 4 night stay twice no lifts operating . The TV had no reception and no signal and this problem was not resolved.

Great place to stay when visiting Sydney
This is an amazing location to stay when visiting Sydney. From the entrance to the building, you see the Oprah House framed by the Harbour Bridge. The ferry stop is within 100 meters which provides easy access to all of Sydney and beyond. The quiet neighborhood has many great restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nearby Blues Point Hotel is a great place to grab a cold beer after a day of touring.

The most magnificent location with beautiful views of the bridge, opera house and harbour, ferry terminal right at the door step, great cafe's and shops in a friendly quiet neighbourhood, the room has everything you need for a short stay. Perfect for what we needed it for and hope to come back in the future.
