Super friendly staff but I would rate this hotel 4/5 stars as the pool area doesn’t quite fit the bill for a 5 star rating. Dated colour scheme and pool is chlorinated instead of salt water. The room was clean to a degree but not immaculate like other four season hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff were super friendly and accommodating however and would stay again if the pool area was refurbished.

The Four Seasons was in a fabulous location. We walked to Circular Quay to catch ferries and cruises, to the CBD for shopping and walking around the historic Rocks area to dine at the range of restaurants that were on offer. The serv I ce was top class, especially the concierge that hailed from our hometown. The only thing that surprised us was t g at breakfast wasnt included in the price.
