Needs a thorough good Clean
The unit we booked months ago was overbooked by the owner and we were sent to another property nearby in Liverpool NSW (not the best suburb). Although it was “Nice” it wasn’t what we booked, saw and agreed upon to pay the price that we did. The unit needs a thorough clean, repair to the damages it currently has, and in some areas a paint. Mice, Cockroaches, Lizards in the Unit, along with the infestation of mosquito at the front door. I won’t be back!

The property was rather rent to a permanent tenant, not suitable to rent out to a traveler who looking to stay and enjoy their holiday. The cleanliness was understadard. The backyard was full of weeds, furnitures was so old and nearly to collapse..😟shower room water so weak, no internet access as advertised on line. Dish drain was rusted, carpet so dirty, one of room no table no wardrobe..not enjoyable our staying…not worth of money. Iron board no cover…

Tidy townhouse with good location
A nice tidy townhouse, conveniently located not far from where we needed to be for work. Nice little outdoor area. Great parking available. Jas was very professional and great to communicate with. Only negative was the upstairs air con was on a timer, bit annoying during our summer stay on the warmer days. Otherwise very comfortable. Thank you!

Floors were dirty and feet were covered in dirt after walking throughout the house, Neighbours up till 510Am with music blaring and yelling, so much for ‘a quiet complex’ Manager was easy to deal with before our stay but still would not reccomend.

Good short stay property Let down by no aircon but plenty of fans throughout. Comfortable and clean. The outdoor areas need to be weeded at time of stay but did not effect us, would recommend.

I recently stayed at the property with my 3 boys and it was perfect for our needs. Bedding was good. Dryer and washing machine were good. Location was good. Owners were great to deal with and also one of the best smart TVs I have ever used. Very happy with our stay.
