Good morning and thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on your recent stay. The room booked is our smallest hotel room the single room, which has a double bed rather than queen and we do advise guests upon booking that these are small rooms and closer to the roadside than the others. We do have a range of different options here from the single hotel room to our two bedroom apartments, it just depends what the individual guest is looking for in accommodation. We usually receive such great feedback regarding all of our staff here, so it does surprise me to have such negative feedback and will certainly look into this matter. The telephones in the rooms are locked until a valid credit card is applied to the reservation, perhaps there was an error in our system at the time which meant it had to be manually unlocked and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. We are pleased that you found us to be in a good location for your needs and hope you will visit us again perhaps in some alternative accommodation.
