The Space:
This property is surrounded by stunning Harbour reserves and beaches, including Forty Baskets, North Harbour Reserve, Dobroyd Head, and the iconic Manly-to-Spit walk. There is a great set of local shops as well as outstanding schools within walking distance. And despite its very private, tranquil and protected setting, it's very close to shopping centres, surf beaches, eateries and city transport, and is just a short drive into Manly.

Washer and dryer is located on the ground floor. It is coin operated.

Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. Note : Construction going on next door.

For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)

The Neighborhood:
A short walk from Stockland shopping centre or beaches, eateries and shopping & Manly.

Getting Around:
Security undercover parking. Transport to and from the apartment, short walk to North Sydney for transport to the whole of Sydney.

Other Things to Note:
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.

There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.

There is a non refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance / security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie to verify the booking details. Service fee is non refundable when booking is cancelled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.

Please note: Vaping within the unit is strictly prohibited. Please be aware that fire detectors will be triggered by the use of vapes. Any associated call-out fees for fire alarm activation will be billed to you.

Interaction with Guests:
We give guests full privacy but are most welcome to reach out as needed. Simply send a message via the platform you booked. We are also just a phone call away :)

Der schlechteste Aufenthalt jemals bei VRBO
Nach längerem Hin und her wurde uns der Ort der Schlüsselübergabe und erst auf Nachfrage die Nummer des Apartments mitgeteilt. Wir fanden eine verschmutzte Wohnung vor mit abgenutztem Inventar. Die Wohnung braucht dringend eine Rundumerneuerung.
