This hotel is not really 5 Star any longer it is tired and shabby, timber work throughout the premises and rooms is scratched and unkempt, tiles in lifts are broken, rooms are tired as is the furniture. Also if you request a Coffee to be brought to the room its one price for the coffee and then $9 extra for a tray fee. I stay in hotels all around the world on a monthly basis and this place is tired.

Great location. Pretty much same distance to Circle Quay and to Darling Harbour. Pick another direction and start walking and you will find more amazing things. Staff was wonderful

Room was nice, bed was nice. Great shower. Towels were too small including the floor mat/towel. 1 towel was thin, the other thick Derrrr... They told me they don't accept cash, yet there is a fee for cards. There was no other alternative way of paying (without a fee). Was expensive for what it was..
