Great hotel especially compared to some of the big brand hotels. Extremely comfortable beds. Breakfast is by order and not buffet style. At least with this it comes out hot. Staff pleasant enough but a little stand offish. Typical Sydney people in that regard. Overall I’d stay again based on the comfort of the beds

Loved this ACE hotel, staff were super friendly when I checked in jet lagged from a 24 hour flight to Sydney. I asked if my room would be available earlier and they kindly found me a different room of the same grade that was ready so I was able to get into my room for a nap! Was also surprised by a free drink voucher due to my VIP status which I exchanged for a beautifully made delicious Olive martini. I didn’t eat at the hotel but the coffee from the coffee shop was delicious and loved the well stocked mini bar and snack selection too!

Hipster and vibey
The rooms were small but I expected that when I booked. What I didn't expect was how hipster and vibey the hotel was going to be. My friends and I stayed Thursday to Sunday and there seem to always be people in the lounge area, loud music, and young crowd. The location is pretty convenient and a small coffee shop two doors down was good if you're an early riser like myself. Great place for young travelers, maybe not for families
