Amazing property and staff. Entire site was clean and well maintained. Newer hotel that had many EV chargers which was helpful (unfortunately they were all down during our stay but the staff was incredible in offering to take us to a charger nearby). Highly recommended

We were greeted promptly and attentively upon our arrival. The front desk staff were very courteous. Jake helped us to our room and gave some very good suggestions on what to do in the area. Jessica our server for dinner was friendly and funny. She made our meal even more enjoyable. Our room had a happy anniversary signed card and treats to set our weekend up right. Every staff member we crossed during our stay inquired about our needs, if any. My husband and I and our friends are sure to return.

Love, love, loved the property. We celebrated our wedding anniversary with friends and the property was beautiful. Not too big and quaint, quiet. The heated indoor/outdoor pool on a chilly November evening was AMAZING! Also the staff was very relaxed and accommodating. Definitely a "concierge" experience overall.

Property has excellent potential but still has a great deal of kinks to iron out. It advertised as luxury but it’s more like a “learning hotel.” So if your patient and willing to be flexible then this is the hotel for you.

Nice anniversary trip. Fire pits back of property where you can sit quietly with some drinks. The restaurant on-site was a perfect setting for a nice dinner . There was a small bar in the restaurant for after dinner drinks . Bartender Chris was working hard and serving great drinks . Nice pool for soaking. Great staff in all departments. Hotel is well care for, clean, pleasing. Room is comfortable. The attention to detail was noticed- robes, slippers, decorations from local artists. Hotel is next door to a nice hibachi restaurant . Very close to Mount Airy Casino to wrap the night up.

Wonderful stay at The Swiftwater!! Cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff…I do not remember every one’s name but Kenneth and Veronica were amazing and went out of their way to be helpful and make us feel welcome!! Our room was lovely, very clean, and the mattress was wonderful!! The heated pool and outdoor area with fire pit was the perfect spot to have an after dinner drink!!! I cannot say enough good things about The Swiftwater…. Highly recommend!!

It was by far the best hotel experience I’ve had in a very long time! It was my friend bridal shower weekend and they treated us with such kindness. The hotel is beyond beautiful!!! As soon as we got there the front desk greeted us explain the hotel in details the bus boy had left for the night but the beautiful Kayla I hope I got her name correctly was the sweetest she took our bags to the room and gave us recommendations on where to eat and the next day gave us the perfect brunch location. I had such a great time thanks to the staff! Oh and I can’t forget the bartender was the best!! All the drinks are fresh and exceptional!! You have to try the food at the restaurant inside the hotel trust me you’ll love it even more!
