We have a studio space that is on a gorgeous piece of property- directly on Lake Champlain on Maquam Shore. It is newly renovated space, designed for travelers. Please note- the second bed is on a loft - whomever sleeps in that area would need to climb a ladder. Kids love it but use at own risk
We do provide coffee, sugar, travel cups too. I spent a long time designing what we would offer as hosts. I tried to think of everything for a traveler.

The studio apartment features a comfortable queen-sized bed, a loft with an additional queen bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bathroom(with a shower only), and a cozy living area with a view of the lake. Guests can enjoy their morning coffee on the private balcony while taking in the serene beauty of the surroundings.
Located just steps away from the water, enjoy swimming, fishing, kayaking, and other water activities. Cot/air mattress , pack and play and high chair upon request. We run an ozone generator between guests to sanitize the space, along with a deep clean.
During your stay at this apartment building, you're just a quick walk from Lake Champlain. Enjoy features like breakfast (surcharge). The apartment includes amenities such as free WiFi and a kitchen.
