Beautiful top floor apartment in the sought-after area of Caswell Bay with panoramic sea views and private beach access. The large picture window in the bedroom and bright, open spaces gives the apartment a relaxing, spacious feel and the floor-to-ceiling windows highlight the envious views over the bay. Caswell is popular all year round with surfers, walkers and beach-lovers alike and can be accessed from the apartment block via a steps that lead directly onto the golden sands. 
Make the most of the various activities nearby; from golf a Langland Bay Golf Club (1.5 mi) and walks along the scenic Wales Coastal Path to food and drinks and Langland Brasserie (1.4 mi) and a spot of shopping in the independent boutiques of Mumbles (2 mi). The apartment is also central to popular sites such as Oystermouth Castle (2 mi) and Gower Heritage Centre (5 mi).
