About this space
My recently refurbished Swansea bungalow is fully equipped with everything you could need.
An being just a short walk into the city centre my home is a great base whether you are staying for work or on a holiday away.
Being in central Swansea your only a few minutes away from everything, Whether you want to go for a fantastic meal in one of Swansea's great restaurants, spend the day shopping at many of the stylish shops or go for a cocktail in the evening you will find it all only minutes away.
The space
Living room - You are greeted by a tastefully decorated modern living with a smart TV and comfortable sofas, in addition to a cosy electric fire.
Bedrooms - There are 2 double bedrooms which are home to comfy new double beds and the 3rd room has 3 comfy single beds, ideal for little ones and workers alike.
All have been recently decorated to a great standard with a bright and airy feel.
We continued the modern theme as you go into the bathroom, with the best of both worlds having a shower enclosure and a bath with 24/7 hot water.
The kitchen is fitted with all you could need for your stay and a table and chairs to eat your evening meals if you didn't fancy venturing out into Swansea.
There is also an outside area with patio furniture to enjoy the Welsh summer!
You will also benefit from a separate utility room with all your cleaning needs.
Enjoy your holiday with your furry friends as we are a pet friendly property.
If your staying for work we also provide keys for each bedroom.
Guest access
You will have access to the whole property and both the front and side entrances. Access information and directions will be sent to you prior to your stay.
This property is managed by Pass the Keys who provide hotel standard linen and towels after every stay and also provide 24/7 guest support should you need assistance during your stay.
Parking is available along the street however this is limited to certain areas due to it being a residential area with some resident only parking permit bays.
Other things to note
Please note NO parties or smoking are allowed in my property.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.
The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
