This deceptively spacious terraced cottage is a great option for larger parties… with five bedrooms, plenty of living space and a lovely garden with patio and lawn. 296 Newton Road is perfect for ten guests. Step inside and the tardis like interiors certainly tick all the boxes! This pet friendly property is in a great location too… just a 10 minute walk into Mumbles and 15 minutes to Langland Bay.
Get out and about and explore Mumbles, this delightful coastal village is home to some excellent boutiques, stylish shops, galleries and cafes. Further afield, drive along the Gower Peninsular and step back in time with a visit to one of the many castles, stroll along the coastal paths and stop off at one of the fabulous beaches along the way.

Accommodation Ground Floor Living room: comfortable seating, TV and DVD player. Kitchen: dishwasher, electric hob with oven under and microwave. Utility room: washer, tumble dryer and fridge freezer. Dining areas: tables and chairs to seat 10. Shower room: shower, WC and wash hand basin. First Floor Master bedroom: double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV. Ensuite: bath, shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin. Bedroom 2: twin beds, wardrobe. Bedroom 3: twin beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV. Bathroom: bath, shower cubicle, WC and hand basin. Second Floor Bedroom 4: double bed, mirror and a large chest of drawers. Bedroom 5: double bed and storage space.
Entertainment: For families: 2 x travel cots, 2 x highchairs and stairgate available. Outside: large garden with a large table and 10 chairs, the lawned area leads to a further summer house at the bottom of the garden. Further decked area with garden furniture and views towards the sea. Parking: possible on road parking. General: changeover day - Saturday. Gas CH. Bed linen and towels provided. WiFi. Pets: dogs welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property. Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. A very spacious house
The property was well located for us, although we sometimes had to park a 5 minute walk away. The garden was lovely and more spacious than the photo suggests with a lovely view over the hill down to the bay. The house was really good for our larger family. Thank you! One improvement would be some curtains over the blinds in the master bedroom!

Family group getaway
Great location and good double sized bedrooms. Great ocean view from upstairs bedrooms and from the garden. Plenty of room - we were 5 adults and 5 children.
