Great situation
Well presented apartment in a good location, very suitable for exploring the Gower. Underground parking was wet and difficult to manoeuvre our large car.

Lovely apartment in a location with lots to look at from the window across Swansea bay. Parking Supplied a little awkward to access but brilliant to have as carparks busy. Lots of places to visit stunning sceanery

Excellent location.
Nice property. Excellent location, with parking a bonus, and a lift. Overall excellent. Only comments to make is that the single bed nearest window is past sell by date and we had to turn mattress over first night as we could feel springs and uncomfortable. Minor suggestions are complimentary shower/shampoo in bathrooms would have been nice. Asking us to remove bedding off beds at end '' because of Covid'' was unnecessary. Good instructions and contact with hosts. Would be happy to recomend.

A lovely place in Mumbles
Loved the apartment with all the amenities and, in particular, the view of the bay from the large window in the living room. Also the easy access to Verdi's (one of our favorite places in Mumbles)! Will definitely come back again!!

Lovely Mumbles apartment. Great for all ages
The apartment was lovely and spacious and enough space for my husband and I, my parents and a small dog Having a car space below and a lift to the flat was a huge bonus as one of my parents is a little unsteady on his feet. There was a gorgeous seating area in the window which allowed us to watch the world go by. Both bedrooms has outdoor seating areas and we opted to use the 2-person hot tub. With a flat promenade to walk along and plenty of places to stop and enjoy the views or to have a drink or some food, it was the perfect short break. Great, helpful hosts. Highly recommended

70th Birthday and trip down memory lane
We had a wonderful stay and Jan & Wayne were very helpful and quick at replying to any questions we had. The apartment was exactly as it is pictured and is in a stunning location for all you could want from a trip to Mumbles. Would highly recommend this apartment and Jan & Wayne to anyone wanting to visit Mumbles / Swansea and surrounding areas. The fact the apartment comes with parking is a very big bonus.

Lovely layout, spacious and well appointed. Lovely welcome bubbles and snacks as well as the basics. We had our dog with us and she enjoyed the space also. LOvely views - shame about the weather! Great little area that we discovered some great shops and amenities all within walking distance. Highly recommend and we will return again. Thanks a million.

Well positioned apartment, comfortable and well equipped. Did not explore the area as the November weather not too good but it was nice just to relax and chill out. A great place to stay in the summer months.

Great Apartment
A lovely modern apartment in a great area with amazing sea views and lots of pubs/bars/restaurants nearby to suit every budget. Jan was really helpful with information before we stayed and particularly regarding golf in the area. We had a couple of issues on arrival and again Jan did her best to help us. A real gem of a place that is better in reality than in the advert and photos. I would recommend this as a great place to stay in the Swansea area and it's really worth booking the hot tub as well - the courtyard is a real bonus and a lovely oasis of calm behind the bustle of the town.

We had a lovely week at this property in "the Monaco of Wales". It was well equipped, clean and in a great location. Wayne and Jan were helpful hosts. Mumbles is a very nice place and the Gower is stunning. Don't tell everyone!

Best kept secret in Wales
Excellent location in the Mumbles, with a Pub 2 doors away and plenty of restaurant options within easy walking distance. Directly opposite the sea with immediate access for swimming/paddle boarding. Amazing views from the front opening window out across the bay with the benefit of being 1 floor up! Personal underground parking space a plus. Front enclosed veranda great for the dog you can leave the front door open and know he cannot escape. Side access to property and rear gate to garden area useful for after adventures in the sea especially with the garden shower to hose off any paddlers (+ dogs) and paddleboards. Rear garden is secure (no need to keep pumping and deflating paddle board). Hot tub is an added extra after long day in the sun to relax! The kitchen and living areas are spacious and well kitted out with everything you could need. Bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable. Both bedrooms having their own balcony areas to sit. The apartment guidebook is comprehensive about the property and the area. They also have a book with appliance manuals (if you need them) nice extra touches like small messages to let you know which switch does what, how to operate shower etc or reminding you to put keys in the box. Communication from the owners was excellent even letting us know about local events that could impact our stay in the area mostly by text and always responded quickly. Thanks for a great stay would definately visit again! Ed, Nila, Krishaan (15) and Ken (the 1 yr old Fox Red Labrador )

Lovely property with gorgeous views
The apartment was lovely with everything we could possibly need. We loved using the hot tub and just relaxing in the lounge looking at the lovely view! The indoor jacuzzi bath was great but unfortunately a pipe burst on our second time of using it and flooded the floor. The hosts were very quick to try to rectify it and a maintenance man came round within a couple of hours and for the next two days to repair it. It was a shame as I love having a bath and especially one with jets, but at least we had the outdoor hot tub to relax in! Other than that, everything was great and the property is in such a great location - close to shops restaurants and the pier. The Mumbles is a lovely place to visit and explore the surrounding areas.
