As we have duty of care to all of our properties we are entitled to ensure the correct guests are staying in the property as well as asking all of our guests to pay a £100 refundable damage deposit which will be returned to our guests within 14 days of departure from the property. We hope that you can understand the necessity of this for insurance purposes.
Once the guest has agreed and responded to our terms and conditions, confirmed their identity and paid the damage deposit, we will then be able to forward on check in details for access to the property. **Please note that these will not be given out until all criteria is completed**
1 dog is allowed to accompany you in the property upon request only.
If you have a dog staying with you, our refundable damage deposit increases to £250.
Strictly no parties or events are permitted to take place in our properties.
