The villa is located in a small village called Bibici, only 3 km away from the town of Svetvinčenat - cultural center of Istria, medieval castle known for its history and many summer events.Villa St. Vinzent can accommodate up to 7 people. On the ground floor there are living room and fully equipped kitchen with dining area, one bedroom with en-suite bathroom and extra bed, one room with sofa bed and bathroom. On the first floor there is one bedrom with en-suite bathroom.In a spacious yard (1200 m2) there is a swimming pool (25 m2), deck chairs, fireplace and outdoor dining area. We are sure that you will relax and that you will like the peace that the house provides.Pets are welcome with an extra cleaning charge of 10€ per pet per day and the yard is not completely fenced.Rovinj, Pula, Poreč, Rabac, the most famous cities in Istria are all within 30 minutes drive by car. Likewise, almost all beaches in Istria are within a 20-30 minute drive.The surrounding area is ideal for hiking and a good starting point for discovering the whole of Istria. Distances: post office 3000m, restaurant 3000m, shop 3000m, center 3000m, sea 18500m, beach 18500m, airport 26400m.

Lovely house with a very nice private pool
A great stay in a very lovely house. Great standards and the pool very well kept as well. Further, the hosts were very nice and welcoming. Great stay (we stayed there for a week in July 2023).

Eine sehr neuwertiges Haus mit tollen Garten und praktischen Pool. Es war alles sehr sauber und die Gastgeber waren super nett und hatten für alles ein offenes Ohr. Dieses Haus ist für jede Gruppe aller Art zu empfehlen.

Tolles Haus und ganz tolle Gastgeber
Das Haus ist wirklich Klasse und in einem tadellosen Zustand. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge in größere Städte super da Pula und Rovinj nur ca 25 - 30 km entfernt sind. Die Gastgeber sind super nette Leute. Miroslav macht ein Klasse Barbecue auf Wunsch. Dies können wir nur wärmstens empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder
