Booked a non smoking room, the first bed had a huge cigarette burn in it, also not positive there wasn't bed bugs, phone to front desk didn't work but was infested with roaches, also found those on the bed, no remote to tv, black pubic hair was found in the shower and also on a bed. There's bad, and there's this, it was terrible.

The only thing that I liked about the property was that my dog could stay at no extra charge. The staff are rude for no reason, they all live in the hotel so I can understand their frustration. You have to beg for towels, lining and room service and they still don’t clean good. The toilet and shower curtain has to mold from dirt build up before they come clean the rooms. They have bed bugs and the water goes off several times without a notice. Thanks to the younger guy for appreciating our service he was the only kind one. They want business but do not want to handle the part to keep it up. The guy with the gray hair God will take care of you for me. He gets smart with women over the phone but can’t look you in your face when you’re up close. The Chicago in me wanted to handle him but the God in me will take care of him. I close on my house 12/20 I would call it a blessing.

Ball on a budget
I'm simply thankful that the room was cleaned and free of any bugs or rodents. However, the floor you can tell was not cleaned, I found strands of hair in the bathroom from either a previous guest or management, and house keeping didn't bring me fresh towels at all during my stay. If you're looking for a place to stay and youre on the budget, look no further once you look here. Management isn't terrible. They seem to do the best they can when they arent taking smoke breaks.
