The Moorings Waterfront Estate, is a community estate located 1km from the town centre. It has a resort style feeling, boasting lovely manicured lawns, a tennis court, 4 community jetties, swimming pool and spa and a private boat ramp with easy access to the waterways.
While our home is not waterfront, it has easy access to the canals via the swimming pool or the boat ramp. So don't forget to bring your kayaks, stand up boards and fishing rods to enjoy the comforts of The Moorings.
The home boasts 3 rooms with sleeping arrangements for 7. The bedding easily accomodating large families and allowing them to enjoy the facilities in a safe and pleasant environment. The bedding configuration is made up of 2 queen beds a double bed and a single day bed.
Upstairs in the kids room, there is a a double bed and a single day bed, there is also a power board with USB A and C adapters built in. The 2 other rooms overlook the tennis court and swimming pool.
The house is well equipped with 2 living areas. The main lounge area features a 60" TV and 3 lounges to enjoy your evening viewing. It is also serviced with a split system reverse cycle air conditioner to keep you warm in the cooler climes and cool when it gets too hot. There are 2 sitting/dining areas as well as a covered outdoor dining area and BBQ.
The beautiful Tassie Oak kitchen is well equipped for you to cook up a storm or you may like to dine at the RSL club at the end of the road situated on the banks of the Inlet or any of the other eateries located in town.
Approximately 2 kms away is the beautiful Berarra Beach which is home to a family of dolphins who can be seen scouring the beach on most mornings.
