Boasting three bedrooms and two bathrooms, Sussex Beach House can comfortably accommodate up to six guests, making it ideal for families or small groups seeking relaxation and adventure by the coast. As you step inside, you'll immediately feel at home amidst the tasteful blend of mid-century modern and coastal décor in each room.

The layout of the house is thoughtfully designed for both privacy and togetherness. Bedrooms 1 and 2, along with the first bathroom, greet you upon entry, each adorned with linens ensuring a restful night's sleep. Continuing through the home, you'll discover the heart of the house – an open-plan living area seamlessly combining the kitchen, lounge, and dining space. Bathed in natural light, this area invites gatherings and shared moments, creating cherished memories with loved ones.

The well-equipped kitchen boasts all the amenities needed to whip up delicious meals. Beyond the living area, Bedroom 3 and the second bathroom offer additional comfort and convenience, ensuring everyone's needs are met.

Venturing outside, the backyard beckons with its tranquil ambiance and alfresco dining area. Bi-fold doors seamlessly connect the indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing for easy flow between the two. Spend leisurely afternoons grilling up a feast on the BBQ or gather around the fire pit for cozy outdoor dinners and marshmallow roasting (please note that firewood is not supplied).

Within minutes, you can find yourself soaking up the sun on the surf beach or exploring the nearby swimming beaches and rock pools.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
