Welcome to Duck Inn, a charming holiday rental located in the serene coastal town of Sussex Inlet. This delightful property offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, making it the perfect choice for your holiday getaway. Featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this home provides ample space to accommodate up to seven guests.

Things to note about the property:
- Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
- Aircon and Wifi are available.
- Garage Access is Available (1 Space for a small car/boat or jetski)
- No smoking inside the house
- Pets ARE allowed (Outside only)
- No Slipway Access (local boat ramp is minutes from the house)

Inside
As you enter, you'll be greeted by a spacious lounge room, where you can unwind and relax after a day of exploration. Continuing through, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining table, creating a welcoming space for enjoying meals together.

The bedrooms are conveniently situated to the right of the entrance, ensuring privacy and tranquillity during your stay. Each bedroom is decorated and designed to provide a restful retreat for a good night's sleep.

Outside
In addition to the main lounge room and kitchen, Duck Inn boasts a second lounge room, which doubles as a sunroom. This bright and airy space offers a comfortable seating area and provides access to the backyard. Here, you'll discover outdoor furniture where you can soak up the sun, a private jetty for those who love boating, and ample parking space for your boat.

For those who enjoy outdoor dining, there is a BBQ available for use, allowing you to savour delicious meals in the fresh air. Duck Inn is also pet-friendly, welcoming your furry friends to join you on your holiday. However, please note that pets must be kept outside only.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.

Great location for water play. House a little dated but big and comfortable. Would be great for catching up with friends. Kitchen only minimally equipped Eg no grater. We brought dogs. Yard secure to waters edge. They had a great time too.
