It was an amazing hotel. Very clean. All staff from reception, restaurant staff, waiters, cleaners, were very courteous. The breakfast had a large variety of food. Our room was facing the river. Will recommend this hotel

Avoid booking this property; the staff is inadequately trained, lacks respect for customer requests, and tends to ignore them. I was thoroughly disappointed as Marriott usually provides a white-glove treatment, but this location's staff is inexperienced and unprofessional. Save your money and book elsewhere, as they fail to meet even the basic standards.

Excellent value for money. If you can chose a river side room, the view from the room is so serene and soothing that you will feel like staying inside and watching (with a cutting chai in hand).

This is become like a heritage with first being Rama Regency and then TAJ and now finally managed by Marriott. Location is just amazing and view of river Tapi is so serene. Management May audit plumbing and Refrigerators as in a 5 star people expect flaw less service.
