I found the property, room, facilities, gym,bar to be quite good.Access to the beach was very handy as well.I did miss having a microwave to reheat food items.Also a key to the back of room for the sliding screen door would enable acess to the pool area and facliites would be handy.Enjoyed stay

Came here for our wedding anniversary and the receptionist was amazing and friendly. Even went out of her way to make it special for us since it was our anniversary. Would def consider coming back here again with the kids next time!

Would not recommend this property. The place has a tired feel about it. We had problems with the door to our room, the lock was faulty and we found ourselves locked out. The front desk lady was pleasant enough but her solution to squirt WD40 into the lock did not fix it. When we asked for a room with a door that worked, they first wanted us to pay extra to upgrade. When I refused, they finally agreed not to charge us extra. I think you can find better service and accommodation elsewhere.

Nice hotel but dated
Nice but dated accommodation and hotel was doing Reno’s during our stay (which you’re only advised when you get into the lift as there is a sign up). Went to relax and it was just annoying that we had noise until 4.30pm. We ended up leaving early to get peace back at home. I’m sure it will be nice once the Reno’s are completed.

I've never experienced such friendly staff in all aspects of running the hotel. Reception 5 stars, dining top friendliness, i really enjoyed my stay. However, the cupboards in my room were a bit tired, especially where the fridge and tea making were. A little attention here would uplevel the experience.

We stayed in a hotel room for 2 nights. Perfect for our needs. Room was spacious and clean. The TV wasn’t tuned in to channels and I didn’t have the patience to bother trying. I’m not sure why?! The pool and surrounding areas were lovely. Nice access to the beach.
