This beautiful 2 bedroom apartment is in the Nautilus building in Mooloolaba. From its amazing location, being only 75 metres from Mooloolaba Beach / Mooloolaba Surf Club, it has everything that could need for a special trip to the coast.

From the secure underground car park, with two lifts that take you from the basement car park to level four, where you will find our apartment.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, with built in a built in robe, TV and balcony

The bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity. The apartment also has a washing machine and a clothes dryer for your use during your stay.

The lounge room has a large lounge suite and a brand new 50 inch Smart TV, so you can access all free to air channels, or view your own streaming accounts, eg Netflix, Prime, Kayo.

Free NBN WiFi with unlimited access is provided.

The dinning table seats 4 , with an outdoor (balcony) table that also seats 4 adults. This property caters for both indoor and outdoor dining and relaxation.

The kitchen has a microwave, cook top, fridge, freezer and is fully equipped with plates and cutlery, kettle , toaster etc.

We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service”

The apartment has two separate balconies, one off the lounge room and a second that you can access from the main bedroom, or the lounge room.

Choose from 3 pools ( 1 Heated ) hot tub, gym and mini golf in the resort grounds or take a short 3 minute stroll to Sea Life or The Wharf precinct where you can choose from many fabulous restaurants, cafes, ice creamery or old fashioned lollie shop. There is also the Whale One for whale watching or swim with the whales (in season) to diving the HMAS Brisbane or Fish and Crab charters.

There is secure undercover parking in the basement for one vehicle and a public carpark opposite the building for further parking.

Please Note, this is NOT a party, event, function, or schoolies group property. We don't wish to offend, so please don't ask to have any of these type of events here. It is strictly NO smoking. If you wish to use it for any of these reasons we would ask you to book elsewhere. On booking we will ask for details of your group and information on your trip here to the coast. We do value our wonderful apartment and the well being of our neighbours. If we have reports of a party, event, function and / or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and if necessary ask you to immediately vacate the premises. I cannot stress highly enough this is a lovely property for families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet, peaceful time whilst they are here.

The cleaning charge for your stay is levied on a normal clean, if guests have left garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, cigarette smell (which we will have cleaned) they will be levied for all additional cleaning and replacement cost

Not what I paid for
Location was spot on. Traffic noise and upper aparment chair dragging was challenging but did die down at bedtime which meant the sliding balcony doors stayed closed for noise control. The lounge on the advertisement was much larger in seat capacity than small and uncomfortable sofa actually in the apartment Not so perfect
