This 3 bedroom Noosa hinterland home sits atop its own hill, offering 360 degree panoramic views. Facilities include an amazing outdoor entertaining area with pergola, swinging egg chairs, fireplace, BBQ and pool. Indoors there is a hot tub in the ensuite which enjoys amazing hinterland views.

The house gets amazing sunrises and sunsets, and is within walking distance of Cooroy (which boasts two IGA stores, cafes and restaurants) and 25 minute drive to Hastings St, Noosa Heads.

The house is set on a beautiful 20 acre property which is home to a small herd of cows, and an abundance of kangaroos and wallabies.

Note the host lives on a detached annexure, located adjacent to the garage, set 2 metres below the level of the guesthouse. The location means the guests will enjoy their privacy and have the host on hand if there are any issues or queries.

The garage has a Tesla wall charger which allows charging of your car during your stay, and there is a 2 person infra-red sauna.
