Lovely location but just missing something

There are no wardrobes to hang clothes so if you are a couple with no kids and only wanting a single room be prepared to have suit cases and clothes spread over your room if you are staying more than a wekend And not enough seating around pool with 50 appartments and 7 lounges around pool

This place is amazing and I have already started recommending it to everyone I know. The staff are super helpful and nice. The area is a perfect location, close to so many nice restaurants and cafes, and a short walk to an amazing beach. The rooms are gorgeous and so comfortable. The only reason I would rate this place 4 out of 5 is because I feel it could have some more on site amenities like a tennis court, spa and steam room/sauna. The main bar pool is gorgeous but I feel other amenities would really suit this place. I would definitely stay here again! Absolutely loved it!

Essence is a beautiful new high-quality property in the heart of Peregian Beach. I was originally booked into a lovely, spacious double room with a balcony overlooking the biosphere before being upgraded to a two room apartment with full kitchen and laundry facilities and a large balcony overlooking the biosphere. The rooms are all spacious with top quality fittings and fixtures. Beds are very comfortable and a range of different pillows are provided. Evening turn down with handmade chocolates was a nice surprise and a courtesy bottle of sparkling wine on the first day was a lovely touch. Undercover parking is available. There are two heated pools (one with a bar) with beds and umbrellas to choose from and these are nice even though the white sandy Peregian Beach is just few minutes walk away. The boutique shopping nearby offers a wide range of gifts and fashion items and there are pubs, cafes, pizza and fine dining options. There is a surf club, skate park for kids and parks near the beach too. If you want peace and quiet and a chance to unwind then Essence Boutique Hotel itself is a lovely place to do this.

Beautiful room very new. Only negative The feather pillows have a pungent smell about them. Very minor complaint however definitely a step above what’s around. Gorgeous resort Worth the money!! Staff were always so helpful and friendly

We loved this hotel. A very well decorated place, very modern and lovely friendly staff. The pool was great: modern, clean and the right temperature. The bedtime cookies were a lovely touch. The hotel is close by shops and restaurants and the Peregian Beach.

Very new, well appointed rooms, with everything we needed. An opportunity for a truly restful getaway, and the 2 minute walk to the beach was simply perfect, taking us past beautiful restaurants and clothing stores. We were very lucky we had a good luggage allowance to return home. The beaches were pristine and fabulous for walking. a beautiful holiday.
