Start the day with a cup of coffee, taking in the water, trees, and golf course view from your balcony. Pop inside to the full, well-equipped kitchen to make breakfast before your tee time, and dine together at the table for four. After a day on the links or the sand, return home to relax in the central AC and watch a little TV, with cable available on the living room TV and streaming only on the two bedroom TVs. End the night as you began, back out on the balcony, this time with a frosty beverage and a toast to the perfect Sunset Beach vacation.

Not a fancy 5 star condo but it was oaky in most respects. Cons: Older appliances (still function), weak water pressure in the showers, natural light pours through blinds and curtains, condo is quite small in size. Pros: comfortable king size bed, lovely screened-in porch, fantastic location.
