Room was nice, location was good. They were doing construction & renovations on the hotel so some things were torn up and dusty. The room was very hot, and there is no AC - so we had to leave the windows open for airflow which was incredibly noisy with the street & traffic noise (and it was a Monday - I can’t imagine if it were a weekend). It also meant it was very bright in the room and hard to sleep because we couldn’t close the curtains. Staff was friendly. Parking was easy to find street parking or use their garage.

Very nice staff, location, room. A great value with breakfast. Nice area atoundbhotel, very vlose to train and bud station. Now s Strawberry hotel and that a good sign of quality.

All staff were super helpful and very accomodating. Really enjoyed my stay. Need to advertise details about limited hotel parking as friend had hire car stolen from adjacent road where he was advised to park. Would visit again.

Hyfsat snabb incheckning. Väldigt litet rum. Extremt mjuka sängar, väldigt obekväma. Bra frukost. Inte ett återbesök. Södra Berget är bäst i Sundsvall, öven om det är dyrare.

Varför inget fil?
Bra rum för familjen med våningssäng och möjlighet till spjälsäng. Utmärkta madrasser i dubbelsängen och tyst. Toaletten upplevdes fräsch. Minus är att hotellet endast erbjuder dyr parkering till gäster samt att frukosten saknar fil. Det är väl kanske småaktigt av mig att haka upp mig på sånt men på ett hotell i Sverige förväntar jag mig att det finns fil. Bönor och ingefärashots fanns men inget fil. Ge mig fiiil!!
