This sun soaked, Hampton style luxury accommodation occupies one of the most exclusive waterfront positions on Lake Macquarie on the NSW Central Coast, and offers everything you could ever dream of for your holiday, with panoramic water views and shared jetty. This house is a sanctuary for those looking to relax as you immerse yourself with nature and enjoy the coastal lifestyle on offer.
This home has large open living spaces with an indoor/outdoor entertaining area, beautiful timber floors throughout and beautifully styled furnishings. It offers perfect ventilation for enjoying those sea breezes.
Stunning galley style kitchen with a white marble island bench overlooking casual dining area that also opens onto the alfresco deck and lake. With quality appliances, 3 burner induction stove top, electric oven, dishwasher, two door fridge with freezer draw, and Delonghi Nepresso pod coffee machine. Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances along with cutlery & utensils + kitchen necessities/basics.
Ducted air-conditioning on the upstairs level, spilt system air-conditioner in master bedroom downstairs as well as downstairs living area + ceiling fans, there is also a gas fireplace downstairs.
Other features include: flat screen smart TV, Wifi access available for guests, full laundry facilities, comfy lounges, BBQ, Books & games for kids.
All bathrooms have a welcome supply of soap, hand soap and toilet paper.

We can easily determine if the house rule of “No parties or events” is disrespected, and this means additional charges, bond forfeited and/or eviction will apply.
