Never ended up staying at this property. When I reached out to the host for check-in information , I was told that tbe property is no longer available as a rental. I need a refund!!

The House was Occupied when we arrived…
We drove to home only to find it fully occupied by another family. I don’t believe this is a home set up for VRBO. It looked like the family that was there was living there permanently. There were toys in yard and cars in the driveway. This house needs to be taken off of VRBO’s listings.

Property was not clean or ready for us at check in. Bought our own cleaning supplies just to get thru. Washing machine was broken. We were told to go to laundromat. Black mold on ceilings.

Good Place
Overall nice place and very nice host. Place could use some work and detailed cleaning. We saw evidence of past mice (droppings), but no current activity. We also saw a couple roaches (it is Florida), but the pest control sprayed while we were there. I would stay there again.
