Modern private newly renovated home great for relaxed getaways. A 30-minute drive to Downtown Historic Fredericksburg and a 5-10 minute drive to Cider Lab & Rogers Ford Farm Winery.
The space
The home was recently renovated and features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a brand new kitchen, and appliances.

Upstairs on the main floor, we have the master bedroom with a private full bathroom and 2 bedrooms with 1 shared hall bathroom. Down in the basement, there is 1 bedroom with a full bathroom as well as 1 room used for workspace. The public living spaces include a living room, TV room, dining room, and kitchen. The house has one smart TV with streaming capabilities & hooked up to cable.
