Wonderful. Big and clean room. In a quiet part of town. Staff were great. Host helped me to purchased bus ticket to Chiang Mai. Hearty breakfast. Short walk to main road for great street food. Self-service laundry in house. Recommended.

Lovely couple running the place. They were extremely helpful and spoke good English. They even dropped us off at the bus station after our stay! Breakfast was good and the room was to expectations. The property is currently under additional construction and I imagine once everything is complete the place will look immaculate. Location is great. A small walk to the songthaew stop (shuttle to old city). Multiple good dining options all in walking distance.

The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfy. You can find a lot of street food in walking distance. The hotel owner is really sweet, helpful and welcoming. I would definetely stay again:)
