I could see it wasn't going to be The Ritz from other reviews but I was still shocked at how bad it really is.
I guess its a step up fro sleeping on the street.
If you don't require: comfort, hot water, shampoo, shower gel, cleanliness, proper towels, a toilet that is dry after a (cold) shower, polite host, other guest, a normal bed and pillow then this might just suit you.
The only positive it has is that the nearby 'Food and drink' restaurant is fairly good.
Do your self a favour and avoid this Sh*# hole

Nice quiet resort.
Nice resort convenient for historical park.
Pity the swimming pool was devoid of water though.
The resort lets you use the bike for free and rents it's motorbike to you for 250 Baht a day. The staff can drive you to the bus terminal in the new town for 250 Bhat a day.
It's a family run business and the attitude of the staff is casual and easygoing.
