The staff is very attentive , the restaurants are very accommodating love that they have shisha. The ambulance was very nice .i was celebrating my birthday and they had everything ready that was planned!! Would definitely stay here again

Our apartment had a private pool which we spent a lot of time. I loved that it was adult only. Staff were incredible and the food was excellent. Highly recommend it and would stay again in a heartbeat.

What a beautiful start to our Bali adventure. Four nights of adapting to the time zone change couldn’t have been better. Morning rooftop yoga followed by inclusive breakfast was perfect. Would highly recommend. We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa ..ideal for us and our friends.

My husband and I stayed at Royal Purnama for our honeymoon and had the most amazing time. Our villa was beautiful and always kept clean by the wonderful resort staff. The villa is extremely comfortable, private, and quiet and having our own private pool was awesome! The food and drinks were excellent everyday and I cannot say enough about how accommodating, friendly, and professional the restaurant staff are. Special thanks to Pupsa and Okta for always keeping our drinks full and checking on us! The restaurant staff always greeted us with smiles and went above and beyond to give us a top notch dining experience. Also, every night there was either live music or dancing at dinner which made the already fantastic dining experience even better! The spa is wonderful- easily one of the better massages I have had. The spa itself is pristine, relaxing, and the staff are so kind and professional. I noticed some reviewers complained about the resort being “isolated” - we loved that it is set back on the beach and away from the chaos and commotion of Ubud. Do your research and don’t be “surprised” when you can’t leave the resort and walk to a destination. The location is well situated so that major attractions and tourist sites are just an hour or two away. The front desk staff are very helpful at arranging transportation and the guides for all the tours we went own had no problem picking us up at the resort. I cannot recommend Royal Purnama enough- you will love it here!!!

The Royal Purnama reminds me of a boutique hotel. The resort is very quiet and sits on a black sand beach. The sand is beautiful. The staff is absolutely amazing. Period. Every single person. Rooftop yoga class was great. The gym is nice and clean and there’s enough equipment to get a good workout. And I can’t forget the General Manager who was great and extremely welcoming. I’m glad I found this place to celebrate our anniversary. We got the room with the private pool and the room was beautiful. The bathroom was probably my favorite part of the room. It’s kind of “outside” of the room (hard to describe) but it was nice. There’s a really deep tub and you can hear the sounds of water all around. The water gets really hot which was a triple A plus for me. There’s only one restaurant but the variety is enough to feel like it’s a different place. And I know I’ve said it but the staff is great so it was nice knowing what kind of service we would receive when we went for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They have different special menus for each night too so you have that. Overall, this was a great experience.

Quite Hotel, if people want some relaxation this hotel is a perfect choice with many different types of accommodation.(Private pool/jacuzzi/etc..) Service are great, staff are really helpful and friendly. Hotel is in the great location for all the type of tour, but for people who's like a night life then a bit out of the popular area. Really good spa area, all type of massage are very relaxing and the masseuse are professional. And lastly the food are absolutely amazing and delicious, many options available but literally they would do everything what you asking for. Overall we had a great time and definitely recommend to everyone.
