There was the words “bed bugs” carved into the elevator wall. Carpet was stained and extremely dirty in room. The bedding was filthy. Was offered and moved to a new room, half of the lights didn’t work, and the room had such a horrible foul odour.

Upon entering the establishment, all i could smell was stinky feet and the smell was even worse in the room. There was black mould behind the toilet, in several areas in the shower, brown slime running down the main door. I took pictures of everything. It was truly disgusting and i wont be going back.

Bad roof in washroom
We were in a 2 double bed room. There were only 2 towels in the room for 3 travelers. The beds were not comfortable at all. The sleep we had was horrible. In the bathroom the roof was peeling apart above the toilet. When I seen housekeepers I had asked how we get more towels an shampoo and they were very direct and said you ask the front desk. There should at least be 4 towels in the room especially a 2 double bed room. And for the price of my stay the room should have been in better condition than what it was.
