Great location and very affordable. Comfortable room and liked the 4th floor. Very good service and breakfast was very good. Have stayed here on two consecutive trips to Sudbury.

Their website was misleading , they had a picture of a hot tub which is why I booked and when we arrived to the pool , the hot tub was boarded up. Bed had stains , floor had black stains and there was some type of clear glue stain on the table. Was not comfortable sleeping . Elevator sign had “ bed bugs” scratched into. Felt really uncomfortable to stay.

A bit out dated- good at cleaning rooms but not hall ways- cheap on bathroom supplies and would be nice to have a chair or couch in all rooms - certainly for people booking for 2 days or more - other than that was great accept the cleaning carts all over the place- certainly when you go to first floor- maybe have one room to put them in

Canada’s slowest elevator.
It’s what you expect of a hotel of that price range. The heat was turned off when we got into the room and was 11 Celsius which isn’t warm for northern Ontario in December. The bed had been knocked off the bed frame ans we found out when we sat on the corner and ended up on the floor. The elevator has to be the worst in all of Canada. It is ridiculously slow and doesn’t follow any logic for collecting people. Get what you pay for.
