Staff were super ignorant. Unsure if it was because of my age or what but they werent accommodating nor were they helpful. Only one guy helped me when I had to walk down and ask for things in person, even then he yelled at me. I stayed here many times in the past but in the past few years its gone down hill. People partying and stomping around even after i called the front desk multiple times to ask them to talj to them- they didnt do anything. Didnt have any towels in the pool area and upon asking for towels they were rude about it. One lady at the desk was super bad at hospitality and gave me attitude like crazy. Doesnt know what was asked and when you would correct her she would act like you said nothing at all. Had no toliet paper for days or extra necessities even when we asked for them. Would not recommend staying here to anyone given the way they treat people.
