Just the sight of the homeless people at a close by Shelter Centre kinda make us worried at first but we know they’re harmless and we know Quality Inn management will make us feel secured.

The hotel is close to downtown in a decent area. The building is not much to look at from the outside, but the interior is fresh and well cared for. Upon check-in they were a couple of Housekeeping points, but a quick word with Misty at the front desk and they were immediately taken care of. Rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable

Property itself was wonderful, and very pet friendly which I loved. The area of the hotel was not ideal, there was an encampment of homeless people outside the property around the corner. I stayed with my three children, so I definitely did not feel safe nor did they. When we arrived there was a lady outside yelling in the parking lot. My kids were afraid to get out of the car. The complimentary breakfast was great, and I love that it was complimentary. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I only stayed one night, but our overall stay was good.

The hotel itself is ok, but there are many homeless persons nearby, and hove to pass them if walking to downtown. I have to drive even only 3 mins driving distance
