First off, Micotel is our go to hotel.We arrived on a Sunday for check in and were told breakfast was until 10am the following day. We showed up for breaky at 9:30 and everything was put away. Body wash and conditioner was empty..only found out when i took my first shower. Because breakfast is until 9:30, why did breakfast lady clean everything up at 9:20, my family and i were not finished breakfast. This hotel has changed over the years. Time to look at other options.

Good hotel, just the entrance, elevator and hallway on 4th floor smelt like wet dog. Pillow were not comfy, bed lopsided. Like the location though as it’s close to shopping.

one of our rooms had dirty towels/ bathmats and shower curtain, the ATM machine was out of order and all the vending machines are cash only, Thankfully they leave the breakfast beverage. We however did not complain as we came in late and were tired from our drive. thank you
