Fits well with where we go during our visit. We love the hotel, the breakfast, cleanliness. The front desk staff could be a little more engaging and/or friendlier; they barely spoke, weren’t exactly helpful.

By far one of the best hotels I stayed at in Sudbury. Will be staying here more often when I'm in town. The staff was great all around.... the room was excellent... only complaint is about the bathroom hair on the shower wall... pee stain on the toilet from someone who didn't lift the seat. (Cleaning service should of picked up on that.)

The service at this hotel was very good and the breakfast was average. The key thing that was really disappointing was how uncomfortable the beds were. The mattresses are in desperate need of being replaced. When the hockey teams are there it is very noisy and kids were running in the hallways.

Worst checkin . Tried three credit cards and so did two other customers and declined first approved then he said no do it again but it said approved remove card. Then the wanted to use my card and civic code manually and wanted to right it down line ( wow) felt scammed they would not give me my room key and the room was paid in full I offered the cash room deposit but was refused
