Rooms were not equipped with conditioner. Clearly this product is not an option as there was not holder for it either. We stay in hotels regularly and this is the first time this was not provided. Guests should not have to make special requests for essential items such as these. Otherwise good lace to stay.

Friendly staff (Keenan was awesome at check-in) clean property, good location right off the Trans-Canada highway. Stayed at this property several times and particularly like the included breakfast.

The room had few options for storage, small closet, and minimal space to move around. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotel rooms with a family of four and this one felt cramped with two people. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible quality. The area around the hotel has a lot of shopping and food options but they are not safely walkable as there are no sidewalks on the road into the hotel. All of the staff I interacted with were lovely and always willing to help.

Fits well with where we go during our visit. We love the hotel, the breakfast, cleanliness. The front desk staff could be a little more engaging and/or friendlier; they barely spoke, weren’t exactly helpful.

By far one of the best hotels I stayed at in Sudbury. Will be staying here more often when I'm in town. The staff was great all around.... the room was excellent... only complaint is about the bathroom hair on the shower wall... pee stain on the toilet from someone who didn't lift the seat. (Cleaning service should of picked up on that.)
