Es tut uns aufrichtig leid zu hören, dass Ihr Aufenthalt nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat und dass es einige Unannehmlichkeiten gab.Das Sie im Zimmer unangenehme Gerüche wahrgenommen haben, tut uns leid. Wir werden dies mit unserem Reinigungsteam besprechen.Die Zimmerreinigung auf Wunsch hat allerdings nicht mit einem Sterne Standard sonder viel mehr mit Umweltschutz zu tun.Wir nehmen Ihr Feedback sehr ernst und werden sicherstellen, dass unsere Teams die notwendigen Maßnahmen ergreifen, um solche Probleme in Zukunft zu vermeiden.

Wir freuen uns sehr zu hören, dass Ihnen Ihr einzigartiges Zimmer reizvoll integriert in die geschichtsträchtigen Mauern einer alten Garnisonsbäckerei aus dem Jahre 1874 gefallen hat. Vielen Dank für Ihre Anmerkung bezüglich des Teppichbodens.
