Das man die Autoschlüssel abgeben muss ist unter aller S.... dem Personal ist nichtmal bewusst das sie ein Auto mit Ausländischem Kennzeichen selbst im notfall nicht bewegen dürfen da gilt die ausrede ist eine Sammelgarage nicht. Frühstück war naja.. für ein 4 Stern hotel zu wenig auch von de qualität her keine eier nur rühreier welche kalt waren und irgend ein undevinierbares fleisch drin hatte. Freundlichkeit geht auch einiges besser. Das Zimmer war super da stimmte die preis leistung und für mich ein super bequemes Bett.

Sehr geehrter Gast,es freut mich das Sie einen guten erholsamen Schlaf bei uns hatten. Dies sind die Hausregeln im Hotel! Da wir weniger Parkplätze als Zimmer haben und wir versuchen wollen sovielen Gästen wie möglich einen Parkplatz zu Verfügung zu stellen düfen sich die Gäste unten auch blockieren und hierzu benötigen wir die Schlüssel damit auch jeder Gast jederzeit wieder die Garage verlassen kann. Ich wünsche Ihnen eine gute Zeit Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Ausgezeichnete Lage nähe Hauptbahnhof. Sehr freundliches, aufmerksames und zuvorkommenendes Personal im ganzen Hotel. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet
