Cracking hotel for the price and door a single traveller. One big issue, all information says that check-in closes at 10pm, even in the hotel room. It doesn't, it closes at 2.30pm. This has to be changed in there information. Myself and others I help, we're left locked out if the hotel, with no one answering the help number. I only got in and received the correct information, of how to access me key, as a fellow traveler was walking past the locked hotel.

The location was within walking distance to subway was only positive. The neighbourhood was unsafe, also staff did not have good information regarding what to see or do & very young girls. The doors locked at 10pm & did not realize that our door at the end of the hallway that went down to the lobby was locked so we had an emergency and no one was available to help & doors locked was not safe if there was a fire. Last morning we had a flood in the room because the handheld shower holder was loose so was not stable & I did not realize that is was going out of the shower. There was black mould on the shower handles. I could go on about other things. The breakfast was bad because things were not restocked so when we came there was no juice & other items. This place is a sham so should not be listed on Expedia!!!

Ei kolmen tähden hotelli. Ilmanvaihto huonoa.
Sain huoneen joka oli äärettömän pieni. Ei minkäänlaista ilmanvaihtoa. Huone oli matalalla sisäpihakuilussa eikä ilma liikkunut vaikka ikkuna oli auki. Happi loppui nopeasti. Soitin päivystäjälle ja sain toisen huoneen. Vaivoin. Hotellissa oli hyvin kuuma. Checkin piste oli toiminnassa ainoastaan kl 14.30 asti Huonetta ei siivottu eikä roskiksia tyhjennetty. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja yritti parhaansa.

The worst experience
It is one of the worst stays we have had, bad service, bad hygiene and 0 diligent people in the hotel. I would never come back, and I do not recommend the hotel.

Ich bin abends um ca. 21 Uhr angekommen Kein Parkplatz weit und breit, geschweige Hoteleigene. Dann war die Rezeption nicht besetzt, sondern der Schlüssel hinterlegt. Am Morgen das gleiche, da ich bereits um 7:30 Uhr abreisen mußte gab es kein Frühstück, keine Rezeption obwohl mit Frühstück gebucht! Die hinterletzte Absteige, Achtung!!!

War in Ordnung. War gut zu erreichbar und das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war ordentlich, groß und warm. Was nicht richtig funktionierte war der Fernseher, der die Pro Sieben Entertainmentgruppen Kanäle nicht empfangen konnte, das WLAN ist mehrfach ausgefallen, die Dusche war nicht dicht, ich hatte Ameisen(aber nur 1), die Matratze zu weich( ist aber ein persönliches Empfinden), der Treppenflur war staubig und die Tür des Zimmers war etwas rampuniert. Trotz des Personalmangels konnte ich mich problemlos ein und aus checken
