Sehr geehrter Gast, herzlichen Dank für Ihre sehr gute Rezession. Wir freuen uns, dass es Ihnen gut bei uns gefallen hat. Unserer Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Daher halten wir den Preis von € 18,00 für fair und gerechtfertigt.

Sehr geehrter Gast, vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung sowie die Zeit die Sie sich hierfür genommen haben. Es tut uns sehr Leid, dass Sie während Ihres Aufenthaltes Gründe zur Beanstandung hatten. Die Zimmer sind seit kurzem mit neuen Fernsehhalterungen ausgestattet, womit vom Bett aus ferngesehen werden kann. Ein Bewertungs-Fragebogen von Ringhotels liegt in jeder Gästemappe (welche auf dem Schreibtisch im Zimmer liegt). Das „teurere erste Restaurant“ ist unser Gourmetrestaurant Schwabenstube und mit 1 Michelin-Stern ausgezeichnet. Da unser Küchenchef großen Wert auf hochwertige, saisonale und regionale Produkte legt, orientieren sich auch unserer Preise im oberen Bereich. Das Sie mit dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht zufrieden waren, ist natürlich schade und nicht unser Ziel. Wir hoffen dennoch Sie erneut bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen und senden herzliche Grüße aus Asperg. Ihre Familie Ottenbacher und Team.
