Firstly I would like to thank you for choosing our hotel for your recent stay with us at the Hilton Garden Inn Stuttgart NeckarPark and for sharing Firstly I would like to thank you for choosing our hotel for your recent stay with us at the Hilton Garden Inn Stuttgart NeckarPark and for sharing your experience here on this site. Feedback such as yours is essential for us in order to improve our product but also our service hence why I would like to thank you for your comments in regards to the sauna. We will always do our best to have the rooms ready upon arrival however as the previous guests can stay in their room until noon the guaranteed arrival time is 3pm. Guests arriving earlier with the room not being ready we are pleased to store the luggage and offer our fitness room to get changed or even to take a refreshing shower. Yours truly,
