Recommended hotel

All great apart from 2 points. 1. Regulation in placed to use towers in sauna but there are guy naked in there, no staff regularly check to enforce the rules. 2. I was checked in before 3 but was not guaranteed with a room. Understand the rule, but at least provide the convenience to temporarily checked in any room and change the room later of the day. I need to change suit in workout centre to go meeting in the morning. Which not very nice to a guest.

Feedback such as yours is essential for us in order to improve our product but also our service hence why I would like to thank you for your comments in regards to the sauna. We will always do our best to have the rooms ready upon arrival however as the previous guests can stay in their room until noon the guaranteed arrival time is 3pm. Guests arriving earlier with the room not being ready we are pleased to store the luggage and offer our fitness room to get changed or even to take a refreshing shower. Yours truly,

Die Suiten, sind keine Superior Zimmer und der Standard entspricht nicht einem 4 Sterne Hotel. Wir wollten eine zweite Decke haben, angeblich gab es im ganzen Hotel keine Ersatzdecke. Die Saunas in den Zimmer sind aber toll.

Sauberkeit ist eher etwas dürftig. Nicht schmutzig aber eher schmuddelig in den Bade-und Schlafzimmern.

Ich habe zwei Einzelbetten gebucht. Die beiden Betten wurden aber nur mit einem Leintuch eingebettet und somit war es ein Kingsizebett😏. Nicht das erste Mal !
