Welcome to our apartment - Perfect for business travelers and families with children. This exclusive 3-room apartment in downtown Böblingen with an open floor plan and bright rooms that make this apartment an exceptional place. The balcony offers a place in the sun in the summer.

The master bedroom offers plenty of space for your belongings. A comfortable 1.8m x 2m double bed ensures restful sleep. The second room has a large double bed for the night. Here you will also find a desk to make your home office days productive.

Bedding, towels, shampoo and shower gel are included, so you can move in with just a handbag.
