As a "physically challenged" solo traveller (my knees are knackered!) my only complaint was with the lack of a lift, but there simply isn't space to install one without a major reconstruction of the whole hotel, so I don't hold that against them.
My room, while small, was all I needed (basically a comfy bed for the night), and the breakfast exceeded my expectations for the size of the hotel.
The staff are friendly and helpful, the place was clean, the food was good, and the price very reasonable: what more could I ask?
