Overall a really nice place. Bar and restaurant in the lobby with good food and great bartenders. Room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Only thing I’d recommend is get a room near the elevator. They got some really long hallways

It’s over all a Nice Place just to go and Relax 😊 My Family loves the Pool Hot Tub Playing Darts or A game of Pool ! Don’t forget the Gym, Basketball ball Court, Racket ball court or go outside and enjoy the nice seating around a Firer pit or play Corn hole. The Beds are Comfortable and nice size rooms.The Staff are Nice and very helpful ! The Place is pretty much kept up. There’s only little things here and there. Not crazy about some of the food.It is very safe to stay at, you have the Police Station right across the street. This place has a History about it, just take a trip and come and visit The Wellsworth Hotel in Southbridge, Mass.

Very cool renovation of an old manufacturing facility. Location not ideal for walking, etc. Came up on Orbitz as four stars, which it was not, in my opinion. Still nice and many rooms. Could hear voices in the next room fairly clearly ( at midnight and 2 AM), which was a surprise given the extensive and apparently expensive renovation.

Overall a decent stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. There was some trash left near the bed, some small stains on the bed spread, and the room was in need of updating - peeling wallpaper, chipped headboard, broken cabinet door. But it was clean enough that we felt comfortable. The best part of the stay was the amenities. They were also in need of some repair, but there was an impressive amount of things to do. Its probably the largest gym Ive seen at a hotel, including a basketball and 2 racketball courts. A massive pool, and even a library - however i didnt get the chance to stop in. If the hotel were updated it would easily be our new favorite.

Was pretty good but when i called the 2nd day to see if we could have an additional 3rd day booked in same room they were not helpful and said its the holiday seadon so it would be double what I paid through hotels.com, so I booked on hotels.com instead and got the same room too! 360. It wasn't 84$ like original booking but only 115$ which wasnt too bad. The 2nd noght we were there my daughter and i woke up at 4am to fire alarms and had to waot outside for 30 mintues in the cold and then in the lobby for an hour which was really disappointing. Apparently there was a brokem sprinkler system.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and it never disappoints. The indoor pool and Jacuzzi are great. Great gym. Restaurant and bar are also excellent.
