Pool closed
Only reason I booked the room was for my 5 year old daughter to swim in the pool. Upon arriving we were informed that the pool was closed due to maintenance issues. Also informed that the pool has been closed for two years. Hotels.com should update their information.

Sturbrudge MA stay.
It was a simple overnight. Check in was fast and easy. Great front desk welcome and customer service both checking in and checking out. Only thing is when asked fir a receipt she quickly handed me one which was waiting in a pile (shocked). I didnt review it till i was doing my expense report and it did not show paid. It was not a receipt showing it was pd.... it showed i had a full balance. That is not a receiot if my stay...
