This inviting domicile promises a perfect retreat for your holiday, whether in summer or winter. The location of our holiday home is ideal for both summer and winter holidays. The Kaprun Zell am See, Wildkogel Arena Bramberg and Kitzsteinhorn ski areas are just a short drive away and offer first-class opportunities for skiing, snowboarding and more.

Cross-country skiing, tobogganing and winter hiking are other popular activities on offer in the surrounding area. In summer, numerous hiking trails and mountain bike routes invite you to explore the impressive natural surroundings. The surrounding area also offers many excursion destinations, including picturesque villages, lakes and cultural sights.

Great stay for skiing
We had a wonderful stay at Karen's house. It was immaculately clean and has great beds (two king size! Maybe the third also), great bathrooms and a full kitchen. Plus a hot tub and sauna. Karen is delightful, easy to reach and helpful - and surprised us with a Christmas Eve treat of gluhwein!

Schönes, helles, sauberes Haus. Gut ausgestattet mit Whirlpool, Infrarotsauna und riesige Südterrase mit Ausblick obendrauf. Für unsere Familie (3 Erwachsene und drei Kinder/Teenager) perfekt, vor allem die drei Bäder haben uns einige Diskussionen erspart. Für uns die Lage perfekt, zwischen 2 Skigebieten, ein Auto allerdings notwendig. Hilfsbereite Eigentümer im Haus nebendran, Einkaufen und Essengehen in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto oder über einen Spazierweg möglich.
