Nestled in the Port Salerno area of Stuart, FL, in Martin County, on the Treasure Coast, this modern home is waterfront on the Manatee Pocket with quick access to the St. Lucie Inlet and Stuart sand bars. Bring your boat! The property boasts a private boat dock and Lift (25 ft max & 7K lb max on lift, 7ft bridge clearance) and a community pool!

Port Salerno, on Florida’s Treasure Coast, in Martin County, is in a protected harbor of the St. Lucie River, known as Manatee Pocket. This area is a popular spot for fishing and water related activities. A beautiful bay that includes many waterfront restaurants, bait shops, marinas, shops of Historic Port Salerno and a bustling waterfront art center, with working art studios. Charter fishing, boat tours and water sports are readily available on the beautiful waterways surrounding the property area.

Manatee Isle is close to the beautiful beaches of Hutchinson Island, the St. Lucie Inlet and the nearby towns of Port Salerno, Stuart, Hobe Sound, Palm City and Jensen Beach. The Palm Beach International Airport is about 35 miles away from the property.

A short drive away is charming Historic Downtown Stuart, offering boutique shopping, waterfront restaurants, galleries, the Stuart Heritage Museum and walks on the scenic Riverwalk boardwalk on the St. Lucie River. Live entertainment can be found in the 1920’s restored Lyric Theatre and on the Riverwalk waterfront stage. Many arts and crafts festivals & weekly outdoor markets are offered. Enjoy spectacular sunsets and waterfront scenery.

We provide a starter set of supplies, with an initial supply of shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, coffee, towels and toilet paper. Should this not be enough for your entire stay, you may need to purchase your own additional supplies. You are welcome to use the washing machine & dryer at anytime throughout your stay.
