Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). This unit is not as advertised. The kitchen is completely ill equipped, I could not even make pasta for my kids. The interior of all kitchen drawers were filthy. The shower knob was broken so you could not control the water temp. This listed states there are 2 reserved parking spots when there are in fact no reserved parking spots At first, the property manager, Vacasa was responsive. However, the ceased communicating and I am still waiting for the credit promised to me.

We had a great stay. It's not the most modern or squeaky clean condo, but honestly worked just fine. We were comfortable and enjoyed the fireplace. And you cannot beat the location to the slopes for the price. We will be staying here again.

This time of the year, Stratton is pretty deserted, so the quiet was just what we were looking for. The condo was nice, but needs some updating.

Cozy unit ski in ski out lots to like!
Loved the proximity to the ski slopes, you can walk to the end of the building and up a small hill to the Tamarac lift! When you enter the unit there is a small 'mud room' with a bench for putting your boots on, and a small rack for skis. Unit was clean but oven had not been cleaned in a while, still ashes in fireplace, and the small electric grill on the deck has been used by someone who didn't clean it. No worries, cozy unit was otherwise clean and comfortable. Very relaxing... TV in living room and bedroom. Fireplace is nice but bring fire starters and kindling as we could not get big logs to burn with cardboard, etc. Enjoyed 3 sunny spring days of skiing Stratton, we will be back!

This property was left FILTHY dirty upon our arrival. We understand that we were arriving on a Sunday night after a big weekend. However, that is no excuse to leave us with wet, dirty towels and used sheets thrown in the corner of the bedroom. Absolutely awful experience.

Nice stay!
We enjoyed our stay. The condo is simple but clean, and had everything we needed. The ski-on/ski-off was great, and we loved that the property had access to firewood for guests. The owner kindly allows use of pantry items if you need something. We found it to be well-stocked. Neighbor guests were courteous. My one recommendation is to bring ear plugs for sleeping. There is a condo unit above and you can hear movement/conversation above the bedroom. We had earplugs and did just fine. Bed was comfortable. Lastly, it's a quick 5 minute walk into the Village for restaurants, coffee, and of course skiing. We would stay again. Thanks!
