An inviting peaceful retreat on the edge of the Cotswold's, on the fringes of the historic Stratford-upon-Avon and the picturesque Chipping Campden.

We are based right on the Stratford Greenway, giving guests a perfect base to explore the local surroundings everything this green space has to offer. More info on this below.
The space
The property has a charming open plan living / dining area where guests can prepare food in the well equipped kitchen whilst also being able to enjoy relaxing on the comfy sofa and watching the television. The bedroom boasts a comfy King Sized bed and there is a bathroom equipped with both a bath & shower.

There is a private, fully fenced garden free for guests usage as well as the large balcony area at the back which is just perfect for a morning coffee.

The Stratford-upon-Avon to Long Marston Greenway is an important leisure amenity where everyone can relax, walk, run, cycle, picnic, exercise dogs and ride horses in a traffic-free environment.

Fantastic place
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, spacious, well equipped, secluded and quiet with lovely views over the fields from the balcony. The location was great with easy access to Stratford and the Cotswolds. We met the hosts who were lovely, friendly people and very accommodating when we had a little issue. Can highly recommend the place
