The property is dated and needs a refresh. There is one section of the property that is only 10 years old that we moved to in our second day which was a lot more pleasant. The first night we stayed in a room that smelled like mold or musty and the carpeting has not been changed it seemed like for decades. The second room is a lot more updated it was brighter and clean I would definitely recommend requesting a room in that section of the hotel.

This property has gone downhill over the last few years. Price for each night changes as they claim hotel is booked with 10 cars in parking lot. When all other good hotels are booked you have to go here.

Quality Inn was perfect for our stay. It was very clean, spacious and easy to access from the parking lot. The beds were very comfortable and had lots of pillows. The Inn was just a 6 minute drive to the Stratford Theater for our play and the Avon River gor our Dragon Boat Race the next day. Shopping and dinning were either across the road, next door or a few minutes down the road. We will be back next year!

Way overpriced for a smelly remote hotel room with no amenities, no breakfast and in sort of abandoned in the middle of farmland place. Not a tourist hotel space.

The bar and restaurant were closed for renovations. Our room was ok and had recently been refurbished but lacked a towel rack in the bathroom and soap dish in the bathtub. Towels were very thin and I had to ask twice for extra towels for the second day. Staff were friendly but run off their feet as the place was understaffed.

We arrived at the hotel to hear that the restaurant was closed and we would have to find our breakfast elsewhere in town. We had enjoyed the restaurant on previous visits, so were disappointed that we had not been informed before we arrived -- frankly, we would have stayed elsewhere.

The room smelled when we got it. The shower is so slippery that falling would be easy to do in bare feet. Dangerous!

The property listed that it had a bar and restaurant, but it had none. This meant that for breakfast we had to go elsewhere. We intended to have breakfast at other breakfast places but it would have been convenient just to stay there for breakfast at least one morning. The towels were also changed once every third day as per sign in bathroom , which meant that since we were only staying for two days we did not get clean towels or our bed lining changed , or beds made. I would expect to get at least clean towels daily when staying at a hotel. It’s an older building , but the good thing it was clean and no bugs.
